Pet Policy

Murray Hill is a Pet Friendly Community with the allowance of up to two domesticated animals; cats and/or dogs. Restricted breeds apply and include: American Staffordshire Terriers/American Pit Bull Terriers (aka Pit Bulls), German Shepherd, Great Dane, Siberian Huskies, Chows, Doberman Pinschers, Rottweilers, and Wolf Hybrids. Any mix breeds that have the predominant characteristics of any of the above are also restricted. Pet weight not to exceed 30lbs per pet. A one time pet fee is due upon move in or at the time pet arrives at $300/pet along with a monthly pet rent of $15/pet. Updated rabies vaccination records are required to be supplied to the management. No reptilian, arachnoid, or amphibious species allowed.
